Extension of ITE EZ Link Card

Replacement of Lost EZ Link Card

New Student Applying for ITE EZ Link Card 

If you are a new student studying for the first time in ITE, you will receive your ITE ez-link card within 6 to 10 weeks after the submission of your recent photograph to Customer & Visitor Centre @ Blk A Level 2. 

Note:Photograph must fulfill the following criteria:
• Taken against a white background, coloured passport size
• Hair must be neatly combed or tied up
• Image must show full face from chin to crown of the head

When submitting your photo, you need to write the following in pen on the reverse side of the photo:
NRIC:
Name:
Contact number:

For Jan 2013 intake student, you can extend your MOE Secondary CARD at any of the 5 locations:
1. Add Value Machines
2. General Ticketing Machines
3. Concession Card Replacement Office
4. Transit link Ticket Office
5. Passenger Service Centre

The date for extending the MOE Secondary CARD will be announced at a later date.


Extension of ITE EZ Link card
If your ITE EZ Link card expires before you complete your training, you may go to Customer & Visitor Centre @ Blk A Level 2 or contact Ms Wendy at 65805143 to apply for extension.


Replacement of Lost EZ Link Card    
You may apply for an immediate replacement at any Concession Card Replacement Office. However, a replacement fee will be imposed by Transitlink for lost EZ Link cards.

How to apply for a replacement EZ Link card?
Step 1: Call 1800-2255-663 to report loss of EZ Link card.
Step 2: Collect Annex T form from the Customer & Visitor Centre @ Blk A Level 2 and get replacement of the EZ Link Card at any of the following locations.

• Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange
• Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange
• Hougang Bus Interchange
• Jurong East Bus Interchange
• Pasir Ris Bus Interchange
• Tiong Bahru MRT Station

Operating Hours:  10.00AM to 6.00PM Daily
Closed on Public Holidays

Bring the following documents when applying for a replacement of lost EZ Link card:
• Original NRIC/Passport
• Original Student Pass (FIN) for foreign students; and
• One recent colour passport-size photograph

• Image must show full face from chin to crown of the head
